100% OF ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE PAID AT THE TIME OF THEIR MAKING.
THE MINIMUM PERIOD OF A RESERVATION IS 3 DAYS, EXCEPT THOSE MADE BY ON-SITE EMPLOYEES.
The client rents equipment/s from Bike Shop, S.L., subject to all the terms and conditions herein contract:
1. PAYMENT METHOD FOR RESERVATIONS IN STORE: In cash or card accepted upon delivery of the material and for the total time of the rental contract. Online reservations have the secure POS system via credit card as the only payment method.
2. DEPOSIT: At the time of delivery of the material, the client will be required to provide an identity document such as a passport, or National Identity Card in the case of European citizens. A security deposit may be required. The deposit will be returned once the rental period has ended upon delivery of the rented equipment.
3. SIGNATURE: The person signing the rental contract must be over 18 years of age and will be responsible for the rented equipment.
4. USE OF RENTED EQUIPMENT: Rental equipment may only be used by customers designated in the rental contract. The client is obliged to take good care and take all necessary precautions to protect the rented equipment from damage, loss or theft. If any of the aforementioned situations occur during the rental period, the client will immediately assume all of the replacement costs incurred at market prices. At the end of the rental period a representative of Bike Shop S.L. In this case, it will assess the losses or damages caused. The client is obliged at all times to correctly secure the equipment and other material when it is not visible (pass the lock on the frame, saddle and wheels and tie the bicycle to a post fixed to the ground or bicycle parking lot). In any case, it is recommended to keep the equipment with you as long as possible.
5. RETURN OF EQUIPMENT: The lessee will return the rented material along with all its accessories at the stipulated place, date and time. Any alteration must be previously authorized by the landlord. Failure to comply with this condition entitles the lessor to judicially request the return of the material.
Bimont Bike Shop may at any time demand payment for days exceeded in the reservation without prior contract.
6. CIVIL LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS: Civil liability insurance is included in the equipment rental price. Its coverage is intended to cover the payment of compensation for bodily, material or property damage caused to third parties that could be the fault of the insured or of the people for whom they are responsible, due to events arising from their private life.
The client is responsible for being insured with adequate coverage against risks that may arise during the rental period. BikeShop. S.L.

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LESSOR: The lessor declares that it has taken due precautions to avoid mechanical failures of the rented equipment, but if these occur, it does not assume any responsibility for the damages that may be caused directly or indirectly to the lessee, as a consequence of said failures or breakdowns.
8. RENTAL DURATION: Minimum rental period 3 days if rented online and 1 day if rented in store.
9. It is the responsibility of the client and his/her companion(s) to respect Spanish traffic regulations.
10. The contract is governed by Spanish law. The place of jurisdiction will be exclusively the Balearic Islands, Spain.
CANCELLATIONS:
11. 100% of the reservation will be refunded if it is canceled 30 days before the start of the reservation. Not applicable to reservations already postponed previously due to special COVID
12 conditions. A partial refund of 50% will be made when: The notice is made 29 and 15 days prior to delivery. Not applicable to reservations already postponed previously due to special COVID conditions.
13. No amount will be refunded in the last 14 days prior to the reservation.
14. Customers with postponed reservations and pending dates must pay the price difference at the time of new confirmation of dates, whether due to a change of model due to non-availability or difference in rates from previous years.
15 . All those reservations postponed pending a date cannot be extended outside of 2022.
