SRAM RED E-TAP AXS 2X HIDRO FLAT MOUNT CENTERLOCK ELECTRONIC GROUP
The SRAM RED E-TAP AXS 2X HIDRO electronic group combines the 2x12-speed electronic transmission system with Flat Mount hydraulic disc brakes with CenterLock.
With an adjustable width of levers, those in this group have a Blips connection on each side, which provides excellent grip on both brake and gear levers, whose cams are incorporated into the inner side of the brake lever.
The AXS system allows you to completely dispense with routing between components, as well as configuring said components and their behavior from the smartphone itself using the AXS application. The SRAM AXS app allows you to view battery status, change component behavior, adjust controls, receive maintenance reminders, and update firmware.
SRAM's eTap technology is simple, unambiguous and intuitive switching logic. With the left shifter you shift the rear derailleur inward to a larger sprocket, with the right shifter outward to a smaller sprocket. With the gear lever pressed, you can directly shift multiple gears. Pressing both shift levers at the same time produces a 2-speed derailleur movement.
Yaw The SRAM Yaw derailleur cage rotates synchronously with the chain. This ensures an optimal shifting process in each gear.
Finally, Orbit technology is an innovative way to control the movement of shifting systems. It uses silicone fluid as part of a sleek, ultralight cushioning system. Compared to a conventional system, Orbit technology does not generate any additional resistance on the rear derailleur spring during slow or light movements. This means easier shifting and easier removal of the rear wheel.
